No physical products are sold through this website.
All prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of taxes.
KiTNo Studio reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products and subscriptions will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.
Certain automatic discounts may be applied to subscribed members.
Payments are made exclusively by credit card through the secure CCBill gateway.
All transactions are secured (SSL protocol).
The charge that will appear on the customer’s bank statement will be listed under CCBill.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, digital files delivered immediately after purchase are not eligible for withdrawal rights.
For subscriptions, no partial or prorated refunds are applied in the event of cancellation during the billing period.
No refunds will be issued for downloaded digital files.
However, KiTNo Studio reserves the right to grant an exceptional refund, at its sole discretion, notably in cases where the file concerned is later offered for free to subscribers or as part of a special offer.
Such exceptional refunds do not constitute an obligation and do not create any right for the future.

By default, files and content are reserved for strictly personal and non-commercial use. However, a limited commercial license is granted to subscribers of the Distributor tier, as long as the subscription remains active. This license allows the sale of printed models within a non-industrial limit (e.g. individually or in small batches of up to 10), excluding any mass production. Access to files and content is tied to the customer’s personal account. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of the account without refund.
KiTNo Studio makes every effort to ensure the availability of the site and services. However, continuous availability is not guaranteed, and the publisher cannot be held responsible for any interruptions.
In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, any consumer has the right to free recourse to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of a dispute with KiTNo Studio.
An accredited mediator will be designated and specified later in these Terms of Sale.
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction of KiTNo Studio’s registered office.
