Copyright
Creations published by KiTNoArt / KiTNo Studio are its exclusive property. Any unauthorized use outside the conditions defined in our Terms of Use is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized use
- Reselling, redistributing, sharing, or making available (free or paid) any STL file or digital content created by KiTNoArt / KiTNo Studio is strictly forbidden.
- Any 3D printing for commercial purposes requires a specific license (Distributor tier).
- Purchasing files from illegal resale sites or pirate platforms does not grant any rights of use.
Fair Use
We respect freedom of expression and fair use. However, these principles do not apply to copying, redistributing, or reselling any STL files or digital assets created by KiTNoArt / KiTNo Studio.
DMCA procedure and legislation
In case of violation:
- We enforce the DMCA Takedown procedure to request removal of protected content from infringing platforms (Etsy, Shopify, Cults3D, Telegram, etc.).
- Our creations are also protected under the French/European Intellectual Property Code.

Sanctions
- Permanent ban from site access for infringers.
- Reporting and removal requests to hosts or third-party platforms hosting illegal copies.
