Billing & Subscription Terms

Payment Method

All payments are made by credit card via the secure [Payment Provider] gateway.
The charge will appear on the customer’s bank statement under the name [Payment Provider].

Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions are offered on a monthly basis and are automatically renewed until canceled by the customer.

Cancellation

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time by the customer.
  • Cancellation only prevents future renewals.
  • No refund is granted for the current billing period.
  • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be made before the renewal date.

Tier Changes (Upgrade/Downgrade)

Tier changes (upgrade or downgrade) are possible, but their exact handling depends on [Payment Provider]’s technical conditions.
KiTNo Studio reserves the right to adjust the practical modalities of upgrades and downgrades. Clear information will always be provided to subscribers as soon as the functionality is available or updated.
